CONFIRMATION

All orders are  are provisional until we confirm the booking via payment

 

DEPOSIT

A deposit is not required

 
CANCELLATION

Should you place an order by telephone for collection you cannot cancel/change it on arrival

 

MENUS AND DRINKS

Almost all of our dishes are prepared in our kitchens where nuts are used. So any dish may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Kindly ask a member of staff if unsure or for any guidance.

No personal food and drink items to be brought inside the premises.

We do not sell alcohol

TIMINGS

Food will be made ready as near to the time you restst as possible but we cannt

 

LOSS AND DAMAGE

We advise all guest, Please do not leave any personal belongings unattended at any time. As management will not be liable or responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your personal belongings.

 

INVOICING AND ACCOUNTS

We are strictly CASH on collection

In the event of unforeseen circumstances the management reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. On arrival kindly confirm the same from the Liberta team .We may change our published rates at any time with or without notice. At certain times of the year our standard rates may not be valid, or be restricted. From time to time we may advertise and publish promotional prices and special offers, together with restrictions that will apply. Such offers are always subject to availability. Will only apply to certain limited days and may be withdrawn at any time with or without notice.

This site is intended to provide a simple and convenient service to our customers enabling them to see our menu and place orders with us by phone.

We always try and ensure all information given on the website is accurate, but it is subject to change without notice. It is not intended to give rise to any legally binding obligation and may not be considered to make any representation on any matter.



Customer Responsibilities

When making an order you must carefully check the order details are correct and changes once the food has been prepared is not possible.

 
Timing

All transactions are at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any order and are not obligated to give any reason. In exceptional circumstances we may have to change the order details and/or timings for example if we are unable to supply a particular menu item. In this situation you will have the right to cancel the order and if you decide to do so will receive a full refund.

 

Amendment and Cancellation of Orders

You will not have any right to amend or cancel an order once accepted by us.
